Short description:

The Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (‘OGCIO’) with the support and assistance of the Office of Government Procurement (‘OGP’) is issuing this request for tenders (‘RFT’) to establish a single-supplier framework agreement for use by framework clients for the provision of an enterprise project portfolio software solution delivered as a service (SaaS). The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is the contracting authority. References to the contracting authority shall be deemed to include the OGCIO. The contracting authority invites tenders from economic operators for the award of a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT.

Description of options:

The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the term of the framework agreement for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of three (3) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the contracting authority’s obligations at law. The term will not exceed seven (7) years in aggregate.
