Additionally, the proposed solution shall feature a range of functionality required to deliver patient-centred care across various clinical services and will be adaptable and scalable to meet the emerging needs of clinical staff across the HSE.

This competition shall result in the establishment of a draw-down arrangement, whereby an initial contract for an original requirement shall be awarded and, as additional options, further iterations of the original requirement may be procured by other organisations as the need arises. In this regard, the original requirement to be fulfilled under this contract comprises the delivery of the required solution at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, its related Community Health Organisations and at all clinical sites managed by Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Notwithstanding the fact that this contract shall be primarily utilised by RCSI Hospitals, the HSE and any HSE-funded agency, including all 49 Acute Hospitals, Hospital Groups and all Community Health Organisations (CMO) in the HSE Regions nationwide, shall be entitled to make purchases on foot of this competitive process by reference to the terms of the successful tendererโs tender submission.
