The successful vendor will provide SharePoint services to the EPA as a part of an ICT team.
The requirement is for 1 vendor to provide resources as needed to help support EPA SharePoint requirements. The expectation is that the vendor will have the skills required and the EPA will draw down on the resources as needed.
This support is required in 3 activity areas of the ICT Team:
— ICT delivery team (data management activity) requires regular maintenance and monitoring of EPAs SharePoint databases,
— ICT delivery team (development activity) requires 3 line support for such in-house systems as LEMA, CRM integrations, GMO, InfoPath technology (used in HR, publishing, emails and outlook), security roles and the extranet for EDEN,
— ICT operations management team (service desk activity) requires support for 1 and 2 line requests for help.
