Description of the procurement
The scope of this tender covers the provision of various project and operational support roles with the Authority. The competencies of the resources anticipated under this contract would equate generally to the Executive Officer, Higher Executive Officer and, occasionally, Assistant principal grades in the civil service to offer business and policy support as executive assistants, business analysts, project managers, licensing coordinators, finance, ICT and communications specialists.
All onsite resources must have the following personal attributes or competencies:

For the purposes of this tender, we would include the following:
โ Role 1: Business Analysis and Test Management,
โ Role 2: Licensing Executive,
โ Role 3: Executive Assistant, and
โ Role 4: Compliance Executive.
The following is an indicative but not exhaustive list of the types of on-going tasks and operational projects the resources will work on:
โ business analysis and test plan development,
โ bespoke software development projects,
โ operational administration and management,
โ customer service delivery,
โ content development,
โ financial operations,
โ contract management,
โ compliance,
โ complaints management, and
โ miscellaneous projects relating to the business and activities of the Authority.
