The ICT and Business Services Department is seeking vendors to submit proposals for the roles identified below who will operate under the instruction of the HPRA ICT management to administer, support and undertake the ongoing development of the electronic submission services. Relevant personnel may also be asked to undertake other activities in line with the ICT and Business Services department’s duties.
All ICT services are to be delivered on-site at the HPRA, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 and also at the HPRA’s hosting facility which is also located Dublin City Centre, D8. Relevant personnel will be expected to work on a full time basis operating between the hours of 9:00 am — 5:30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Occasional out of business hours work will be required to facilitate system upgrades and maintenance.
Provisions are also needed to facilitate emergency out of business hours support as per the requirements defined bellow.
This RFT is to replace an existing service agreement that is due to expire in July 2018. Vendors will be asked to illustrate their approach to the transition of ICT services where appropriate.
The HPRA will interview all suitable individuals of the qualified and preferred vendors, the placements of personnel with HPRA will require prior interview and acceptance by the HPRA.
