ESB requires the provision of these Business Continuity Services in Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). It is currently envisaged that the services include PCs, secure storage, details of subscribers, exercising & testing, hot site locations, security /facilities, technical support, telecommunications, MPLS, PABX /voice services and BC planning support.
As well as the work area requirement there is a need for additional support and facilities from the hot-site vendor.

Minimum number of candidates: 5
Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates:
Following the closing date the contracting entity will evaluate the responses with a view to selecting a list of suitable candidates to be invited to submit a tender for the framework agreement for each of the lots to which they have qualified. ESB will invite at least the 5 highest scoring applicants for each lot to the tender stage of this competition, subject to that number qualifying.
