Environmental Protection Agency
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is 1 of the EPA's core business functions, the Lots in this Framework will provide the additional GIS expertise to maintain and advance the GIS service within the EPA. The discipline of GIS includes a wide range of applications, typically GIS professional focus on a particular area of GIS with quite defined and different skill-sets. To reflect this diversity of skills 4 GIS Service Lots are defined within this framework to cover:
— GIS Data and Applications Management;
— GIS Solutions Design and Development;
— GIS Spatial Analysis;
— Remote Sensing.
The EPA intends to conclude 1 or more specific call-off contracts in 1 or more areas of expertise as described within the tender.
