A decision has been made to utilise a number of open source products that will provide reporting and analytical functionality. In addition, the Contracting Authority will require support to install and support the applications over the duration of any contract awarded as well as a Linux OS such as Centos or assistance with RedHat if same is procured separately. This is intended to minimise multiple support teams and allow the most effective resolution of issues.
