A Multi Supplier Framework for the Provision of IT Infrastructure and Related Services

The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to establish a multi supplier framework agreement that will provision for all IT infrastructure and related services across Ervia, its subsidiaries and business units. It is the intention to appoint service providers to support the delivery of these requirements in the eight areas referenced below, each of which will constitute a separate lot. Lot 1 — Enterprise Class Servers; Lot 2 — Security Infrastructure; Lot 3 — Desktop Devices; Lot 4 — Mobile Devices; Lot 5 — Network Infrastructure; Lot 6 — Storage Infrastructure; Lot 7 — Cloud Services; Lot 8 — Converged Infrastructure. The framework agreement will be established for a term of five (5) years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at the sole discretion of Ervia. Maximum of 10 applicants per lot will be invited to tender for ITT stage, where the minimum requirements are demonstrated.
