The Provision of Customer Call Handling and Management Services
The Office of the Revenue Commissioners invites tenders for the provision of customer call handling and management services for Local Property Tax from March 2016. The Tenderer will provide an initial point of contact for all general phone queries in relation to Local Property Tax. The Tenderer will need to escalate calls to a designated call centre where taxpayer specific information is required to resolve the call.
