Enterprise Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework and award of an initial contract for the Provision of Business Advisory Coaching (BAC) Services to support CEOs of Irish SMEs on their development journey through Enterprise Ireland's Leadership 4 Growth Programme.
A framework agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts may or may not be awarded. In the context of a single-party framework agreement, the successful framework member does not have to compete for each new contract.
