Tenders are invited for the Supply of Telephony Services to Bord na Móna which include:
1. Voice, data and mobile broadband for approximately 1 500 SIMS across a range of devices which include 900 mobile phones;
2. Managed Fixed lines;
3. Managed WAN services; and
4. Managed Internet.
Bord na Móna‘s approximate annual telephony usage are as follows:
— 10TB of data;
— Calls to Mobile: 55 000 hours;
— National Calls: 13 335 hours;
— International Calls: 1 600 hours;
— Text Messages: 550 000.
The successful supplier may also be required to supply devices to Bord na Móna.
Suppliers can submit a response to all Lots by filling out PQQ-Lot 1 or 1 or more Lots by filling out the relevant Lot (2-5).

Bord na Móna will require Managed Fixed Line Telephony services provisioned in Newbridge HQ and numerous sites ranging in size from single user locations up to multi-user sites with up to 150 users. Integration into existing PBX estate will be required as well as provision to migrate to IP telephony throughout all locations.

Each location will require a minimum of 2 diverse resilient network links with full automatic fail-over. Network access will be required inter sites as well as to/from HQ. Network Management software will be required to facilitate Monitoring, Utilization, Health Status and Reporting utility for each WAN Link.

BnM will require a Managed Internet service in Newbridge HQ with a minimum of 2 diverse resilient network links with full automatic fail-over. Minimum bandwidth of 100 MB/100 MB required and will need to be able to scale up to meet future demands.

Static range of IP‘s will be required to facilitate current and future requirements. Network Management software will be required to facilitate Monitoring, Utilization, Health Status and Reporting utility for each Internet Link.
