National Environmental Complaints Line
The EPA intends establishing a contract with a single economic operator to provide and operate a 24 hour National Environmental Complaints Line for all 31 local authority functional areas throughout the Republic of Ireland. The contract will be for a period of 3 years with strategic reviews to occur annually.
