a) The supply and installation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Platform which can be developed in the future to underpin various operations and activities of the State's Workplace Relations Services,
b) the design and delivery of a custom business application on the CRM platform to meet Complaints and Adjudication Management requirements, and
c) ongoing support and maintenance of the Platform and the Complaints and Adjudication Application.
