The identification and implementation of a workflow management software solution

The Central Bank of Ireland wishes to identify and implement a workflow management software package for key processes in the Central Bank. The Central Bank of Ireland is looking for a toolset that enables business processes to be built and managed through a graphical user interface. The successful supplier will be expected to provide support to enable the Central Bank to become self-sufficient in the use of the toolset. Post implementation support for the software package will also be required. The Central Bank of Ireland is not looking for system integrators as part of this process. The Central Bank is not looking for bespoke developments of toolsets.
The first process to be implemented will be for fitness and probity of individuals. This project has a target date of 30th April 2013. Candidates should be aware of the target date and ensure they have all the resources in place to enable CBI to complete a successful implementation by April 2013.
