The identification and implementation of a Central Human Resources IT solution

The Human Resources Division within the Central Bank wishes to identify and implement a HR solution that should include HR administration, Irish payroll, recruitment, learning management, position management, performance management and organisation charting.
The Central Bank will be consider implementing a single solution if it meets the requirements. However, the Central Bank may limit the number of systems that will be integrated in the final design to a maximum of three.
The Central Bank will consider externally hosted solutions, SAAS solutions and or traditional solutions.
This solution should be an โ€˜off the shelf packaged solutionโ€™. For the avoidance of doubt the Central Bank does not require a bespoke custom built solution(s) or an integration partner. This is not a request for a proposal.
The successful supplier will be expected to provide post implementation support for the software package.
