The identification and implementation of a Central Human Resources IT solution
The Human Resources Division within the Central Bank wishes to identify and implement a HR solution that should include HR administration, Irish payroll, recruitment, learning management, position management, performance management and organisation charting.
The Central Bank will be consider implementing a single solution if it meets the requirements. However, the Central Bank may limit the number of systems that will be integrated in the final design to a maximum of three.
The Central Bank will consider externally hosted solutions, SAAS solutions and or traditional solutions.
This solution should be an โoff the shelf packaged solutionโ. For the avoidance of doubt the Central Bank does not require a bespoke custom built solution(s) or an integration partner. This is not a request for a proposal.
The successful supplier will be expected to provide post implementation support for the software package.
