Provision of Contact Centre Services for Irish Water
Bord Gáis Éireann acting on behalf of its soon to be established subsidiary “Irish Water” requires the provision of contact centre services in respect of both domestic and business customer interactions across the Republic of Ireland market. A multi channel solution is required, one that supports a variety of traditional and emerging channels to include: inbound and outbound telephone; IVR; SMS; email; correspondence; social media and web chat. It is currently intended by Bord Gáis that the “live call handling” aspect of the service provided will be delivered from within the island of Ireland. This is a framework for a period of five (5) years, with the option to extend for a further two year period, subject to an annual review after year five (5) and at the sole discretion of Bord Gáis Éireann.
