Supply of IT development and test services
Marine Institute
Suitably qualified applicants are invited to respond for inclusion in a multi vendor framework agreement. The framework agreement duration will be for 40 months.
The supplier lists will cover the following:
Lot roles.
— Lot 1 systems analysis and design,
— Lot 2 software development,
— Lot 3 software testing,
— Lot 4 data analysis and reporting,
— Lot 5 GIS development.
Each lot will be evaluated separately. Where tenderers are applying for more than one lot they should ensure that they have submitted sufficient information in respect of the requirements of each lot.
The applicants deemed best qualified will be placed on in one or more lots that the Marine Institute will draw from through mini-competitions to provide such services over a 40 month period. Each Lot will consist of a maximum of 6 suppliers, but may be less.
Note: details of the operation of mini-competitions are included in contract Annex 2 – conditions for the conduct of mini-competitions of the attached draft contract.
