SEAI invites proposals from suitably qualified service providers to review, inspect and technically evaluate project applications to the communities energy grant scheme (previously the better energy communities, BEC scheme) and the Excellence in Energy Efficiency Design (EXEED) Programme and to provide similar assistance, on an ad hoc basis, in other programmes to support their delivery.
