Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) is seeking to establish a Supply & Support Agreement of up to 8 years (e.g. 2022 – 2030) for the supply, installation, design and ongoing maintenance support of the Synchronisation Sources equipment.
Iarnród Éireann currently operates a national transmission network using legacy Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) & Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH). This SDH/PDH network primarily carries operational traffic.
