In accordance with the published Contract Notice the Irish Aviation Authority and Isavia Limited have prepared and issued:
— identical technical and operational specifications,
— identical Tender instructions including evaluation criteria (qualification and award),
— standardised terms and conditions of contract,
— identical forms of tender for the submission of technical proposals and commercial offers.
The Irish Aviation Authority and Isavia Limited have arranged for a Site Visit to the North Atlantic Communications centre at Ballygirreen, Ireland, as being representative of both Contracting Authorities sites. The Site Visits are not mandatory but Candidates are strongly recommended to attend.
To assist Candidates, both the Irish Aviation Authority and Isavia Limited has agreed that all tenders will be submitted to one address, for opening at the same time, and that a response to one Contract Notice is to be considered a response to the other.
