The Single supplier who is deemed the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) (first ranked tenderer) in the initial competition, will be appointed to Lot 1, with Lot 2 tenderers ranked second to fourth place in the initial framework tender competition using the MEAT criteria.
