This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of a new fleet of “type approved” wagons through a Framework Agreement for up to 400 wagons over a 10-year term. IÉ anticipates the initial order will be for approx. 200 wagons wagons including a sub-fleet of up to 30 ore wagons.
