Design Team Services for 125 Bed Residential Development at Leopardstown Park Hospital Campus (Leopardstown Park Hospital)
The proposed development will consist of two residential buildings (2-3 storeys) providing 125 nr. single en-suite bedrooms, day rooms, dining rooms, activity and therapy rooms, staff support rooms and kitchen facilities. In addition, the project will also comprise all associated enabling, site and general landscaping works and refurbishment of the existing Hospital as required to accommodate linkages to the 2 new residential buildings.
