Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: EOI Procurement of Micro-Generation Laboratories - wind turbines. FÁS intends to install 2 Micro Generation Labs in it’s training centre network and are seeking expressions of interest to:-. Supply equipment for the purpose of providing training in relation to Micro Generation, utilising a renewable energy system - wind turbine systems for two training sites (1 in Finglas and 1 in Galway) 2. Supply, install and commission a working wind turbine micro generation system on two sites (as above) 3. The works also involve design, erection and removal of all permanent and temporary Access platforms/walkways required to carry out the works. Procurement Process. The purpose of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire is to obtain sufficient information to enable the Contracting Authority to evaluate the suitability of potential Suppliers to meet its requirements. During the Pre-Qualification stage, the intention is to arrive at a list of up to five prospective Suppliers for formal Invitation to Tender.
