The National Consumer Agency is seeking submissions from suitably qualified firms to provide website management and maintenance support services, consultancy and project management. This Invitation to Tender sets out the requirements of the National Consumer Agency, along with the terms and conditions with which tendering parties are required to comply. Interested parties are invited to submit proposals to contract for the provision of website management and maintenance support services, consultancy and project management services for a period of 2 years in the 1st instance, with an option to extend the contract for a 3rd year, subject to agreement of relevant terms at that time. Any contract will be subject to annual review, and will operate subject to the National Consumer Agency being satisfied with the standard of work being delivered, in line with agreed proposals. Annual renewal of the contract, as well as the exercise of the option to extend for a further year beyond the initial 2-year contract period, will operate solely at the discretion of the National Consumer Agency.
