Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Knowledge Management Solution. Forfas is the national policy advisory board for enterprise, trade, science, technology and innovation. It operates under the auspices of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Forfas wish to appoint a service provider(s) to deliver a Knowledge Management Solution. The objective/purpose is to rpovide a solution and services supporting the Forfas Knowledge Management Strategy. This contract will be divided into 2 lots. Candidates can apply for one or both lots: - Lot 1 comprises of the provision of Intranet and Document Management solution, including the provision of predefined Knowledge Management features, required to support the organisations needs. This lot also includes the ongoing support of the solution. Records Management consultancy and implementation services. This refers to provision of services to provide a Survey of Records, Taxonomy and File Plan development, and other related requirements determined by Forfas. The Lot 2 directly supports Lot 1.
