Bord na Mona operates six business units mainly based in the Republic of Ireland but also has operations in the U.K. and U.S. It is a diverse Group ranging from the supply of peat for Power generation and briquette fuel, Power Generation, supply of heating products to the residential heating market, supply of Horticultural products to Soil manufactures and domestic users, Waste management and supplier of pollution abatement products. Bord na Mona has previously implemented the Oracle e-business suite of software in its group wide Payroll and HRMS activities, and also the financials functionality in one of the group companies. Bord na Mona is currently undergoing a significant business transformation process, and now wishes to appoint an Oracle implementation partner to facilitate the implementation of Oracle financials and purchase to pay functionality across the rest of the group.
