Fingal County Council, acting as lead buyer on behalf of the Greater Dublin Region Water and Drainage Steering Groups, wishes to engage in a negotiated tendering procedure in order to establish a 6 - year framework agreement with a single operator for the supply and maintenance of a single platform enterprise level Regional Water & Drainage Geographic Information System. The framework agreement will be established on the basis of a competition for an initial contract, namely: 1. the supply of a single platform, enterprise level GIS for Drainage and Water including software and possibly hardware; 2. the migration of all existing datasets for water and drainage to the new platform; 3. the configuration and customisation to meet the needs of the Greater Dublin Region; 4. the testing and commissioning of the new GIS; 5. the provision of training for each user level; 6. the provision of maintenance and support for a 2 - year performance testing period.
