Electricity Supply Board
Archiving and scanning services. ESB intends to outsource the management and security of ESB files and Title Deeds. (1) Scanning and storage in Adobe pdf format of ESB deeds and documents; (2) Off-site storage of hard copy Title Deeds and other possible files, in a secure location which is accessible on request by client; (3) Easy retrieval of Deeds; (4) Ongoing scanning and storage. IT is also envisaged that these services may be extended to other areas within ESB. While ESB's preference would be for a sole provider, interested suppliers who can provide one or both of the services will be considered.
