The equipment will be required to work In-Line with an existing Continuous Welding Line. Automatic Brushing machine for Rail End contact surfaces with dust evacuation system. Automatic Rail Weld grinding Machine. The grinding machine should be able to work under the same cycle as an In-line Flash Butt Welder. The grinding machine should be fitted with automatic Measuring Beam 3. Rail Weld straightness measuring beam to work in conjunction with an existing in-line rail press.
