The Authority uses Diligent Board Management Tools for the collaboration needs of board members as a secure platform enabling ease of decision-making and collaboration. The Authority is looking to receive Tender Submissions for the provision of Diligent Board Management Tools licenses and support services to facilitate Authority Board meetings, Audit and Risk Committee meetings, and meetings of the subcommittee to the Authority Board. There are currently approximately 25 users of Diligent Board Management Tools. Specifications of Service Requirements include the provision of Diligent Board Management Tools Systems maintenance and support subscriptions annually, associated Security and Compliance, and End-user Training and On-boarding.
