The two Local Authorities are seeking proposals on the type of system that best meets the requirements set out in this tender. The two Local Authorities are looking to replace current on-site IP phone systems with a new cloud-based enterprise communications system, which will support and satisfy both the current and future operational requirements necessary to support the daily working of each Local Authority. The initial contract term is three (3) years, with an option for 2 extensions for periods of two years each. The successful Tenderer shall be required to carry out work from the office of each Local Authority The successful Tenderer may be required to work remotely, via appropriate conferencing technology e.g. MS Teams or other suitable methods, in line with any future public health advice
