Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Property and Private Equity RFP 2006. To assist in the administration and management of its property and private equity asset classes, the NTMA, on behalf of the NPRF Commission, invites proposals for the provision of: (1) a computer system or systems that provide all or any of the following functionality: (a) fund accounting for investments and related transactions; (b) fund valuations and reporting; (c) Performance analysis and risk management; (d) Deal flow and investment management; (2) Associated business services. While the NTMA's strong preference is for an integrated solution that encompasses both computer systems and services, it is recognised by the NTMA that no one tenderer may be able to meet all of its requirements. The NTMA also recognises that there may be potential tenderers who specialise in the provision of solutions for individual components of the requirements outlined above. Accordingly, the NTMA will accept proposals for subsets of its requirements.
