Title attributed to the contract by the contracting entity: ITS7021_ITS Solution Hosting. RPA contracted in 2008 for the Back Office for the Integrated Ticketing Scheme. The central systems consist of two environments; a production system and a pre-production system. Each provides resilience for the other. This central clearing system needs to be housed in two suitable locations that will offer "state-of-the-art" facilities. ITS has decided to procure an external hosting supplier to provide the following: Hosting services for the Integrated Ticketing Scheme central production system, including the Key Management Function (KMF) equipment. Hosting services for the Integrated Ticketing Scheme central Pre-Production system, including the Key Management Function (KMF) equipment. The contract will be initially for 5 years, with the option for RPA to extend the term of the contract for a further period. The scope of services required will be set out in the Invitation to Tender documentation which will be forwarded to the successful parties who qualify from this stage of the procurement process. Interested candidates shall complete the Electronic Prequalification Questionnaire (ePQQ). It is envisaged that between 3 and 5 candidates will be invited to tender, subject to having sufficient suitable candidates.
