Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Support, Maintenance and Development Service relating to Housing Systems. The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement that will establish the general terms governing support, maintenance and development contracts for the Board’s housing-related systems (which in the first instance will be the support and maintenance of iHouse and RAS and the development of a Grants system) while the agreement is in place. The agreement will be with a single supplier and will allow the LGCSB to: (a) draw down appropriate resources for the provision of the support and maintenance service (these resources will be situated in the supplier's premises) and (b) obtain fixed-price quotes for particular development projects as they arise. The LGCSB expects to conclude an agreement for 4 years, subject to satisfactory performance and budgetary constraints.
