Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has a requirement for a security event monitoring tool.
The Tool must analyse all TII data traffic in real time and identify suspect or anomalous events. This must not be based purely on known signatures but also on anomalous behaviour. The tool must also have the
capability to isolate and kill devices that breach configured thresholds.
The service will include a 24-hour service from the provider for experts to analyse the traffic and to alert TII staff in the event of a serious issue. This will also include a regular report and review with TII staff of
any suspicious events
The term of the Services Agreement that may result from this competition will be issued for five years. TII will also have the option at its sole discretion to extend the Services Agreement for a further five year period. Therefore the contract resulting from this procurement may amount to ten years in total.
