Provision of an Online Digital Tachograph Card Application System for the Road Safety Authority. The RSA has decided to implement an online system to supplement the existing process; to improve its capacity to deal with increased volumes and to enhance customer service. The RSA now invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to be appointed to design, develop, deliver and support this online solution for digital tachograph card applications. It is currently anticipated that the contract will involve a development phase (anticipated to be approximately 7 to 9 months) and will continue for a period of 5 years from delivery from user acceptance testing (UAT) into production environment, with an option to extend by up to 1 year.
