The Health Service Executive, as the Contracting Authority, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Economic Operator to provide a National Shared Care Record (NSCR) to include implementation, configuration, Integration, training and ongoing support and maintenance. The National Shared Care Record is a digital solution that will aggregate individual patientsโ€™ healthcare records from various electronic data sources such as health information systems in hospitals, General Practice and community services, making them available for clinicians and patients at the point of care and self-care to inform health-related decision making.
