The HRB is now going to the market to procure a fully integrated HR System and Fully Managed Payroll Service that will provide the following essential functionality Core functional requirements summary: • Recruitment • Onboarding • Offboarding • Digital Files • Document Management and Storage • Training and Resource Planning • Performance Management • Full ‘Time and Attendance’ recording system in-line with Irish Public Sector requirements • Payroll Calculation • Payroll Payment and Management • Pensions Management • Reporting • Operational activities
