The HRB is a State Agency under auspices of the Department of Health, the remit of the agency is to support and fund health and social care research and provide evidence to inform policy and practice. , we are motivated and inspired by our vision โ€“ better health through excellent research, data, and evidence. The HRBโ€™s mission is to support research that improves peopleโ€™s health, promotes evidence-informed care and creates solutions to societal challenges. The HRB require the following services to be provided from December 2023 to December 2026. โ€ข Provision of an early warning communication system is to facilitate the management of drug-related threats to public health in Ireland and for reporting such threats to the EMCDDA through easy access to information from all stakeholders. Support and maintenance of this system for the three year period. โ€ข The key requirements of the system are: โ€ข Development of a computerised data collection and communication system โ€ข Allowing information entry and uploading of attachments (pictures, diagrams, and PDF) by stakeholders at multiple locations. โ€ข Allowing storage for reports and attachments (repository) by Ireland โ€ข Allowing different levels of access and editing rights via its user management system. โ€ข Reporting system supporting delivery of outputs to specified stakeholders. โ€ข A hosting environment providing complete user management support.
