Support and maintenance of this system for the three year period. โข The key requirements of the system are: โข Development of a computerised data collection and communication system โข Allowing information entry and uploading of attachments (pictures, diagrams, and PDF) by stakeholders at multiple locations. โข Allowing storage for reports and attachments (repository) by Ireland โข Allowing different levels of access and editing rights via its user management system. โข Reporting system supporting delivery of outputs to specified stakeholders. โข A hosting environment providing complete user management support.
