Support and maintenance of this system for the three year period. • The key requirements of the system are: • Development of a computerised data collection and communication system • Allowing information entry and uploading of attachments (pictures, diagrams, and PDF) by stakeholders at multiple locations. • Allowing storage for reports and attachments (repository) by Ireland • Allowing different levels of access and editing rights via its user management system. • Reporting system supporting delivery of outputs to specified stakeholders. • A hosting environment providing complete user management support.
