Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Strategy development, research and insight services. Tourism Ireland has been established under the framework of the Belfast Agreement of Good Friday to market the island of Ireland overseas as a preferred tourist destination. Tourism Ireland wishes to appoint Tenderers for inclusion on one or more of 21 separate Frameworks for Strategy Development, Research and Insight Services. Tenderers may bid for each or any lot as they feel they are capable of serving. Tenderers are invited to submit Tenders for appointment to the Frameworks. Following evaluation of qualifying Tenders received, it is envisaged that the top 3-5 ranking Tenderers' per lot who have achieved the highest score by application of the Award Criteria will be appointed to the relevant Framework. Overseas markets in which Strategy Development, Research and Insight Services may be conducted include Great Britain, United States of America, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, Spain, Italy, The Netherlands, Nordics, Belgium, China, India, Japan, South Africa, the Gulf Countries, South Korea as well as other Asian countries and Latin America.
