Survey of Enterprise Ireland clients, Science & technology researchers and staff. Enterprise Ireland has carried out surveys of staff, clients and science & technology researchers each year for the past number of years. These integrated surveys have provided focused and specific data to Enterprise Ireland’s Business Units and Departments to assist them in addressing issues of significance to staff and improve overall levels of client satisfaction. The approach and methodology used in the surveys has resulted in comparable data that can be used to measure trends and to drive change across the organisation. A number of organisation wide projects have been implemented on foot of these survey results to effect change across the business and ultimately improve our service to the client. As part of our ongoing commitment to measurement and continuous improvement and driving change across the organisation, Enterprise Ireland plans to conduct these surveys again in 2010, 2011 and 2012. You are invited to submit a tender for supply of the Enterprise Ireland surveys.
