Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Supply, Implementation, Support and Maintenance of a Financial and HR system for VEC's. The Lead Buyer in this case Offaly VEC wishes to establish two single operator framework agreements for a duration of 5 years. The frameworks will be for the supply, installation and maintenance for a software based Financial and Human Resource system for approximately up to twenty five (25) Vocational Educational Committee (VEC) offices throughout Ireland. This will be divided into lots and applicants may apply for one or both lots: Lot 1 HR System Lot 2 Financial System It must be emphasised that the successful systems must be generic enough to have a high level of inter-operability. The primary requirements of the new system(s) are to implement comprehensive functionality for: General Ledger/Cash Book/Bank Reconciliation Purchasing and Creditor Management Accounts Payable Human Resources Payroll Superannuation and Pensions Fixed Assets & Stock Control Management Travel & Subsistence Payments Student and Trainee Payments Extensive Report Generation The initial contracts for both lots will be for the supply, installation support and maintenance in 5 VEC's. It is anticipated that the 5 VEC's will be a mixture of two large, two medium and one small organisation, further information on the initial contracts will be available at the next stage. Installation of the system for the remaining VECs will be subject to funding and satisfactory performance of the initial contracts. Interested parties are required to complete and submit the relevant qualification questionnaire for the lot(s) they are applying for prior to the closing date and time indicated in this notice.
