Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Modelling of the Irish Civil Litigation Processes - Phase 1 Integrated Civil Case Management System. The Courts Service, following a review of its IT strategy, has identified the design, development and implementation of an integrated Case Management System as a priority initiative over the next five years. The Review of the IT strategy has not yet been published but will be made available to those candidates selected in accordance with the conditions for participation The Courts Service now seeks expressions of interest from competent service providers to undertake Phase 1 of the project which will involve a business process modelling exercise for the civil litigation processes as they are currently carried out within the four jurisdictions of the Irish Courts - District Court, Circuit Court, High Court and Supreme Court. The purpose of this procurement is to engage external business/process modelling expertise to undertake this process modelling assignment. The contractor will be expected to have a proven track record in successfully undertaking similar business analysis/process modelling/workflow analysis assignments. The key components/deliverables arising from this assignment are set out in the attached document.
