Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority: Architectural Services Housing Projects. Longford County Council wishes to establish a framework agreement for the provision of Design Team Services for Housing Projects within its administrative area. The Council invites Expressions of Interest from Architect led teams incorporating Architectural, Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services. To be considered for admission to the Framework, all applicants must complete and submit Pre-Qualification documentation on or before the closing date of 18.5.2007 The documentation may be obtained from aglancy@longfordcoco.ie Applications will be evaluated in respect of the financial, economic and technical capacity information submitted.The submissions will be scored and ranked and the eight highest ranked applicants will be invited to tender for the initial contract which is the Tromra Road Housing Regeneration Project, upon which the Framework Agreement will be established. On establishment of the Framework Agreement, future contracts under the Framework will be awarded on foot of mini-competitions among all the framework members capable of performing the contract. It is the intention of Longford County Council to admit a maximum of five economic operators to the Framework. The Framework Agreement will be in operation for a period of three years with an option to extend for a further one year at the sole discretion of the Council.
