The Dublin Institute of Technology FOCAS Institute requires an additional accommodation of work stations/desk space for 50 persons. The Dublin Institute of Technology is now seeking to appoint an Architect-Led Design Team to prepare an accommodation design to comply with statutory regulations, Fire & Safety, Accessibility, and the ESPB (Energy) requirements (being implemented in January) and to engage with the existing build to take into consideration the current functions of research within the building and its accompanying plant installations.
