Payment terms Suppliers are requested to submit details of their payment terms with their tender. In addition, Suppliers should outline any additional discount available to Medite Smartply for payment by direct debit. Data management and General Customer support services Suppliers should provide details of any on-line data service provided and any other support service provided or value-added service that it proposes to supply. Suppliers should also clearly illustrate any Key Performance Measures that they expect to comply with, particularly around invoice issue, data provision, report provision, etc.
