2.1 Lot 1 - Roof, Frontal Sheeting, Gully and Gutter Cleaning :SMARTPLY Europe DAC is looking for suitably qualified external commercial cleaning contractors for roof, frontal sheeting (Including base wall), gully and gutter cleaning. The cleaning services will require working at a height, (please see Appendix 3 below for further information) the roof is over 35,000m2 with a 7-degree pitch. RAMS will be required to be submitted and assessed as part of the tendering process. The work will be completed in 5 phases as outlined below, the phases have been structured in order of priority but, as this is a live manufacturing facility, we may need to reschedule works to avoid operational issues. In the event of works impeding operations, out of hours work may be considered and therefore must be included in the pricing schedule below. If there is an impact on the scheduled order of works Smartply will work the contractor to re-direct works to another area where possible. The areas of concern are listed below: Phase 1A: Compressors to CTS Storage field and front facing sheeting outlined below in green (section A), this includes the gully cleaning in between Phase 1A and1B and Phase 4. Phase 1B: Compressors to CTS Storage field and front facing sheeting outlined below in green (section B), this includes the gully cleaning in between Phase 1A and 1B and Phase 4. Phase 2: Main roof down to rotary outfeed screens including front facing sheeting. Phase 3: Greenend including front facing sheeting - the outer part of Phase 3 does not have anchor points therefore this will need to be factored into the plan, possibility of using mobile equipment (13m in height). Phase 4: Press and forming line including front facing sheeting. Phase 5: Roof of main office building including front facing sheeting. Lot 2 - Scheduled Industrial Power Washing Works SmartPly are looking to engage with companies to supply industrial power washing services to the Smartply site. The requirement would be 1 day per month and 5 days during our annual shutdown in late August / early September.
